Shinya is the nearest inn to the Tajima Dome in Kannabe Plateau, Hyogo prefecture. In summer, visitors can enjoy grass skiing on the ski slope or paragliding, and also hiking or trekking may be another way of enjoying. Kannabe Kogen has three general ski areas (the Up Kannabe, the Okukannabe and Manba) you can enjoy skiing and snowboarding in winter. There are a lot of activities all seasons.
We serve plenty of dishes using seasonal vegetables and Koshihikari rice that were made in our own garden.

Tajima beef is known for its tenderness and top quality, especially the beautiful, fat marbling.
The sukiyaki is served with thin-sliced Tajima beef marinated in sweet and spicy sauce. It is common to simmer fresh vegetables, tofu and mushrooms along with the meat too.
At Shinya, we serve Japanese food and local cuisine with the fresh vegetables and rice we produce ourselves. The ingredients we use are packed with the local characteristics as well as the producers’ commitment.

It is a special purpose tax to cover the expenses required for tourism promotion and the protection and management facilities for mineral spring sources and firefighting facilities.
