Simmering Tajima beef bones, shin meat, and plenty of vegetables make consomme soup.

■What is Premium Tajima Beef “Tajima Guro”?
It is delicious beef that Ueda Farm puts the people who eat it on first.
“The food that the cows eat becomes meat, and we eat it, so ensure the food of cattle is safe and secure!”
→ 100% natural materials and organic feed are researched and developed independently.
"I want you to eat the meat we raised for three years deliciously until the end."
→As a result of changing the bait, the meat has a strong umami flavor and light fat without heartburn.
"Tajima Guro" is a scarce Tajima beef carefully bred organically. Kuroge Wagyu beef's fat melts at about 25 degrees, while Tajima Gen's fat melts at about 12 degrees.
Ingredient analysis has proven that Tajima beef contains 30% more linoleic acid, which is said to give luster to hair and skin, compared to other cows, and is rich in umami ingredients.
The hotel buys one cow from Ueda Farm as a contract farm.
