Savor charcoal grilling and fireplace on Snowland's terrace, where you can indulge regardless of season or weather. Tajima beef uses "Tajima Gen Tajimaguro" from UEDACHIKUSAN, featuring 180 grams of "Tajima Gen" beef (mainly red meat). Not only does it preserve the delicious fat of Tajima beef, but it also offers a refreshing texture. Grilled on Snowland's special smoke-free iron plates, flat vegetables like onions and pumpkins are cooked to sweet and perfection. Mushrooms, corn, bell peppers, fish, and more are grilled directly on the net, ensuring the joy of charcoal grilling. Proudly served with Koshihikari rice.
