One of our popular full course plans through the year. Homemade focaccia is loved for its soft and springy texture. All of the beef that we serve is from Ueda farm, a producer high quality brand beef. They are passionate about breeding healthy and quality cattle by focusing their research on diet formulation and feed ingredients. Their meat is known not only for their soft tenderness but also for their marbling and delicious taste.
Our dishes include plenty of vegetables. The vegetables which the owner put a lot of effort into growing are a small part of the dishes. But having said that, they play a bigger role in enhancing the overall flavor.
We are proud to offer dishes which are made by the owner’s wife (mama) with time and care.
