A 6 minute walk from Kinosaki train station. Set back one street from Kinosaki's main road in a quiet and calm setting. A 3 minute walk to Jizo no Yu and Yanagi no Yu. While staying with us you will be given free admission tickets to the outdoor public hot spring baths, you are welcome to enter the baths as many times as you wish.

We do not have public bath.

The majority of the rooms are Japanese style, with a few specialty rooms that are a modern fusion of Japanese and western style or purely western style.

Fresh crab sashimi

Enjoy an exquisite crab feast featuring freshly caught, live crabs sourced directly from the local port. Indulge in a variety of delicious preparations, including: sashimi, tempura, hot pot and more! 1.5 Crabs per Person! ※Since an equal amount of crab as for adults is used, elementary school children will be charged the same as adults. ＜Regarding Breakfast＞ Served from 8:30 or 9:00. We offer a Japanese breakfast including rice, miso soup, rolled omelet, grilled fish, and more. ----- ★ General Information ・Check-in available from 15:00 to 18:00 (luggage storage available even before check-in) ・Dinner starts at 18:00. ・Check-out at 11:00 ・Entire premises are non-smoking (smoking areas available outside the building) ・Full Wi-Fi coverage throughout the establishment ・Includes a pass for visiting 7 external hot springs in the hot spring town (available multiple times during the stay) ※ Available from check-in until 15:30 the following day. Usage of hot springs outside of these hours will incur a fee. ----- ■ About Our Hotel ・Meals are served in the dining area "Nishiki." ・No TVs or clocks are provided. ・All indoor baths are available for private use without reservations. ・Patterned yukatas are available for both men and women for free rental.

Additional fee notice
*There is a JPY1620 extra charge for all children for using the inn\\\'s facilities.
**For groups of 8 people or more there is the option to use the dinning hall, however there are instances that the dinning hall is not available. Please inform us ahead of time of large groups.
Check out is 10 o`clock, if you over the time, you need to pay 1000yen every 30 min.
About service fees and taxes
*Consumption taxes are already included.

*Guests wanting to use the beauty salon Saika are asked to view its home page for more information. Guests are asked to call the salon after making reservations for the inn. Be aware that the salon may not have any openings for your desired time.

Bathing Tax/Bathing Fees

This is a tax levied on bathing guests. It is a special purpose tax to cover the expenses required for tourism promotion; protect and manage facilities for mineral spring sources and firefighting facilities. The mineral spring bathhouse owner becomes responsible to collects it from the bathing guests.

Bathing tax
All wards： Adults 150 yen； Children are tax exempt.

Adults 280 yen; Children 140 yen.

Cancellation Policy
The cancellation fee is as follows.
Unauthorized cancellation : All nights 100% of all night accommodation charge
Cancellation after 0:00 on the day : 100% of all night accommodation charge
Cancellation after 0:00 on the day before : 50% of all night accommodation charge
Cancellation 4 days before 0:00 : 20% of all night accommodation charge

Internet cancellation
Cancellations are taken 22:00 2 days
