We are a medium sized Japanese inn compared to the other inns in Kinosaki.
We strive every day to provide the best of services so that we may stand out and above the rest.

To assure that our guests feel relaxed and at ease:
We have 3 reservable private baths, free of course.
Dinner is served in the guest's rooms, letting them enjoy the meal in private and at their own pace.

How we help our guests melt away their fatigue and worries.
Our inn is equipped with a beauty spa offering different esthetics, like massages staring at JPY4,000 for 40 minutes.

We also welcome families with children.
Every room has its own DVD player so that you can bring and watch your favorite DVDs(*plays only region 2 DVDs). We also have DVDs available at the front desk. We also lend child sized yukatas(cotton kimonos) and jimbei(for boys).

All ingredients in our dishes are grown locally, making for even more delicious meals.

Kinosaki Onsen is approximately 4 kilometers from Tsuiyama Fishing Port.
We offer fresh seafood platters straight from the boat♪

*Mikuniya is a three-story wooden building, now a precious structure. Despite our best efforts, you may still hear sounds from neighboring rooms or upstairs. We apologize for any inconvenience and appreciate your understanding.

Additionally, due to the number of stairs and the absence of an elevator, it may be challenging for guests with mobility issues. We will do our best to arrange rooms with minimal movement required. Please do not hesitate to let us know your needs.

Additional fee notice
Children 0~1yrs old who require nothing can stay free.
*For children need meals and/or bedding please register them under the children's option on the reservation home page.
*We are not equipped to provide meals for small infants (still breast feeding or unable to eat solid foods). Parents are welcome to bring any necessary food for their children. We can provide you with hot water, microwaves or anything else needed, please let us know.
About service fees and taxes

Toyooka City Bathing Tax/Bathing Fees

This is a tax levied on bathing guests. It is a special purpose tax to cover the expenses required for tourism promotion; protect and manage facilities for mineral spring sources and firefighting facilities. The mineral spring bathhouse owner becomes responsible to collects it from the bathing guests.

Bathing tax
All wards： Adults 150 yen； Children are tax exempt.

Bathing fee
Yushima Ward: Adults 280 yen; Children 140 yen.
Out of the ward: Adult 300 yen; Child 150 yen.
Cancellation Policy
The cancellation fee is as follows.
Unauthorized cancellation : All nights 100% of all night accommodation charge
Cancellation after 15:00 on the day : 100% of all night accommodation charge
Cancellation after 0:00 on the day : 50% of all night accommodation charge
Cancellation 2 days before 0:00 : 20% of all night accommodation charge
Cancellation 3 days before 0:00 : 10% of all night accommodation charge
*Groups of 15 or more cancellation fees: 14 days before(10%), 7 days before(20%), day before(50%), day of (70%), less than 15 hours before or no show(100%).

***Please notify us immediately of any cancellations or changes in the number of people.
