The crab caught exclusively in the Kasumi Fishing Port is called "Kasumi Crab." It is known for its rich nutrients from the deep-sea water, resulting in plump, sweet, and fresh meat.
This is a banquet that features Kasumi Crabs with tags, a symbol of the Kasumi Crab brand, with two crabs per person.
It includes crab sashimi, steamed and grilled crab, boiled crab, and crab hot pot, finishing with a delicious and flavorful broth-infused porridge!
Furthermore, we offer a dessert, "Seabreeze Pudding," in collaboration with "Kinosaki Sweets."
