【Kasumi Crab ◆ Boiled Crab Peel Plan】
To allow customers to leisurely enjoy crab dishes, we have prepared the meat of Kasumi crabs, eliminating the hassle of shelling and providing it in an easy-to-eat state.
The red crab produced in Kasumi Harbor is known as "Kasumi crab." Growing in the nutrient-rich deep waters of the ocean, the meat is plump, sweet, and vibrant. The labeled Kasumi crab is the symbol of this brand, and each guest can enjoy a meal featuring two Kasumi crabs.
It includes crab sashimi, steamed crab, boiled crab, and crab hot pot, ending with a rich soup rice! Additionally, we offer "Sea Breeze Pudding" in collaboration with "Kinosaki Desserts" as a dessert.
The menu includes 11 dishes featuring Kasumi crab meat, including grilled shell, sashimi, and more.
