Try making your own famous Izushi Soba.
You will be given the chance to make soba noodles from start to finish by yourself. You will mix, need, roll out and cut your own noodles. After that we will have a professional cook them and you get to enjoy your own work. Eat your own freshly ground, made and boiled Izushi Sara Soba.

Soba or buckwheat flour uses the strength of water to knead the flour together, however unlike flower, when the water is mixed it does not create a sticky or viscosity texture. Because of this it is important to adjust the amount of water that is added, the proper amount will change depending on the nature of the buckwheat flour, temperature and humidity. Mix the appropriate amount of water and buckwheat flour, mix and knead for about 5 minutes. When the dough gains sheen, complete it by kneading and pressing out the dough into a cone. Spread the dough outward until it is about 1mm thick using a stick. Fold the dough and cut it with a special knife. The soba noodles can now be boiled and completed.
